Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. Mane Solutions does not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong service/product. All transactions are processed in AUD.

Within Australia, clients may choose between a refund, exchange or credit in instances where products are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the service/product advertised for purchase on the website. If you receive a credit note from Mane Solutions for any event or service the credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date as detailed on that credit note.

For workshops or workplace training a refund will apply if there are extenuating circumstances for cancelling the scheduled event; the refund conditions apply below.

Payment of workshops or workplace training is to be made on purchase of the service; however, cancellations received and acknowledged at least five (5) working days before commencement of the workshop or scheduled event will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $55 (including GST). Where advice of cancellation is not received within five working days prior to a scheduled event, no refunds will apply.

Substituted participants will be welcome upon written notice to, and acknowledgement by, a staff member at Mane Solutions.

Minimum attendee numbers are required for training to proceed and Mane Solutions reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a scheduled event to ensure minimum numbers are met. 

Where cancellation or change of date of a scheduled event occurs, you will be contacted directly by Mane Solutions within 5 working days.

For overseas clients, we require payment on AGREEMENT of the contractual conditions of any  professional development requested; however, cancellations received and acknowledged at least 1 month prior to the commencement of the scheduled event will entitle you to a full refund, less an administration fee of $200AUD. Where advice of cancellation is not received within 1 month prior to a scheduled event, no refunds will apply.
